Job Description
Job Summary:
- We are looking for an organized and proactive Sales and Operations Assistant to support the daily sales and operational activities of our gardening services startup. The candidate will play a key role in managing customer interactions, coordinating service schedules, supporting field operations, and ensuring smooth business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Support:Manage and follow up on customer inquiries and leads.
- Assist the sales team with customer communication and appointment scheduling.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documents.
- Maintain customer records and generate sales reports as required.
- Support lead conversion activities and customer onboarding.
- Operations Support:Coordinate gardening service schedules and field team assignments.
- Monitor and manage inventory of tools, plants, and gardening materials.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for procurement and deliveries.
- Address customer service issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Support daily operational activities to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Administrative Responsibilities:Maintain records, reports, and operational documentation.
- Assist with invoicing, payment tracking, and billing activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
- Support management with administrative and coordination tasks.
- Collaboration and Customer Experience:Facilitate effective communication between sales and operations teams.
- Collect customer feedback and share insights for service improvements.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and operational efficiency.
