### 🔑 Key Requirements

- **Experience:** 2–3 years minimum in **Decorative Paints**, **Wood Adhesives**, **Textile Polishing Adhesives**, or **Construction Chemicals**  

- **Salary:** Starting ₹15,000 (commensurate with experience & qualifications)  

- **Allowances:** As per company norms  

- **Languages:** Kannada, Telugu, English, Hindi  

- **Other:** Must own a two-wheeler
