Job Description

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Generate and manage leads for farmland and real estate projects through calls, site visits, and networking

• Explain project details, pricing, legal aspects, and investment benefits to prospective clients

• Conduct site visits and property presentations for customers

• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers and investors

• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable farmland investment options

• Follow up regularly with leads to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings

• Coordinate with the legal and documentation team to ensure smooth closure of deals

• Assist clients with paperwork, booking process, and payment follow-ups

• Provide after-sales support and maintain long-term client relationships for referrals
