Job Description
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively finding new business opportunities through cold calling, emails, social selling (LinkedIn), and networking.
- Customer Needs Analysis: Meeting with prospects to understand their challenges and tailoring product solutions to meet their specific needs.
- Product Presentations & Demos: Conducting professional demonstrations to showcase product value and benefits to potential clients.
- Negotiation & Closing: Handling objections, negotiating price/terms, and securing contracts to meet monthly or annual sales targets.
- Relationship Management: Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- CRM and Reporting: Keeping accurate records of all interactions, sales activities, and forecasts in CRM software.
- Market Intelligence: Monitoring competitor activity and market trends to provide feedback to management for strategy adjustments
