Job Description

1.      Sales & Customer Engagement:

  • Actively sell vehicles, financing options, and related products to prospective customers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring excellent after-sales service.
  • Conduct in-person demonstrations and test drives to highlight vehicle features.

2.      Event Marketing & Promotions:

  • Represent the brand at events, exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional activities.
  • Organize and execute marketing campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team to increase brand awareness.
  • Distribute promotional materials and engage with potential customers in local communities.

3.      Local Outreach & Community Engagement:

  • Identify and approach potential customers in local neighborhoods, businesses, and communities.
  • Collaborate with local organizations, such as businesses or community groups, to generate sales opportunities.
  • Build partnerships with corporate clients for fleet sales or special promotions.

4.      Lead Generation & Follow-Up:

  • Proactively generate leads through field visits, networking, and digital engagement.
  • Follow up with potential clients to convert inquiries into sales.
  • Utilize CRM systems to maintain accurate customer records and track sales activities.

5.      Market Research & Competitor Analysis:

  • Gather insights on customer preferences, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams to refine strategies.

6.      Target Achievement & Reporting:

  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and activity updates to management.

 QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

●       Any Degree or Diploma.
