Team Leader

Job Description: Network Team Leader– CoCo, Partner stations and Driver Operations

Location: Mumbai & Bangalore Reports to: CoCo Operations Team lead

Experience: 2-4 years in field operations, cash handling, or team supervision

Key Responsibilities

Cash & Wallet Management

• Ensure 100% cash collection from CoCo operators for battery swaps and deposit into company bank accounts daily/weekly as per SOP

• Monitor partner wallets actively, resolve dues, clear negative balances, and flag discrepancies immediately

• Conduct regular station visits to verify cash submission, wallet clearance, and overall financial compliance

Station & Network Operations

• Manage operator rosters across Mumbai and Nagpur zones and arrange leave coverage and prevent gaps in station staffing

• Ensure 100% station uptime across allotted zones through proactive monitoring and swift issue resolution

• Verify battery swap processes, station sanctity, and compliance during station visits

• Coordinate with expansion and ground service ops teams for any infrastructure issues - electricity, rent, branding, machine faults

• Ensure station timings and operator data are updated and accurate on Jarvis at all times

• Track and flag any station level anomalies like early closing, lunch closures, operator absence and action immediately

Partner Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for partner stations in the zone for any operational issues

• Address partner complaints around swap denials, wallet issues, and station operations promptly

• Ensure partners are compliant with company SOPs and escalate repeat non-compliance to the ops manager

• Coordinate with partners on shift timings, battery availability, and demand alignment

• Ensure Partner wallet clearance

Driver Issue Resolution

• Address driver complaints related to swap denial, station closure, operator misbehaviour, and machine issues at the ground level

• Liaise with the support team and remote diagnostic team for tech related driver complaints

• Ensure driver experience at all stations in the zone is consistently smooth and complaint free

Training & Compliance

• Train operators on new company norms, SOP updates, cash handling, and compliance requirements

• Ensure 100% operator compliance on KM tracking, 1 app 1 login, meter image submissions, and attendance marking

• Monitor Disprz training completion and follow up on pending certifications

Reporting

• Report daily and weekly metrics — cash collection rates, wallet clearance %, station uptime, operator attendance, and driver complaint count

• Flag risks proactively to the ops manager before they become escalations

Required Skills

• Strong cash handling and banking process knowledge

• Field ops experience in EV, two-wheeler, or retail setups

• Roster management and basic team leadership

• Local language fluency — Marathi preferred for Mumbai zone

• Willingness to travel extensively across Mumbai and Nagpur zones

• Problem solving for ground level conflicts involving operators, partners, and drivers

Preferred

• Familiarity with BatterySmart CoCo ops or similar swap models

• Basic Excel for wallet tracking and reporting

• Experience handling multi-city or multi-zone operations
