Logistics Manager / Logistics CoordinatorJob SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and proactive Logistics Manager to handle and coordinate day-to-day logistics operations. The role involves tracking shipments, monitoring inward and outward material movement, coordinating with warehouse teams and transport partners, maintaining dispatch records, and ensuring smooth inventory flow.

The ideal candidate should be highly organized, strong in follow-up, fluent in communication, and capable of handling logistics coordination independently.

• Key ResponsibilitiesTrack and monitor incoming and outgoing shipments
• Coordinate with transporters, freight partners, and warehouse teams
• Maintain records of inward and outward stock movement
• Monitor material dispatch and release status from warehouse
• Follow up on shipment schedules, delays, and delivery timelines
• Ensure accurate updating of logistics and inventory records
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and accounts teams
• Verify shipment documents, invoices, and delivery records
• Prepare daily and weekly logistics reports
• Maintain smooth communication between warehouse and management
• RequirementsMinimum 7–8 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse coordination, or dispatch operations
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Ability to prepare reports and track shipment data efficiently
• Fluent in English and local regional language
• Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Preferred SkillsExperience with ERP/software systems
• Knowledge of inventory and warehouse processes
• Experience in import/export logistics is an advantage
