Job Description

Role Overview:The Sales Executive will be responsible for advising clients on residential investment opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales from initial interaction to closure.

  • Key Responsibilities:Present and recommend residential properties based on client investment needs
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to post-sale follow-up
  • Coordinate and conduct property site visits
  • Assist clients in negotiations and decision-making
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:Strong passion for sales and target-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial approach
  • Basic understanding of the real estate market preferred
  • Proven sales experience is an advantage
