🎯 Your RoleAs a Sales Executive at Gala Furniture World, you will be an important part of our customer-facing team. You will be responsible for creating an excellent showroom experience and helping customers find furniture that matches their requirements, preferences, and budget.

Your key objective will be to understand the customer → showcase the right products → build trust → handle queries → close the sale → maintain the customer relationship.

• 🔑 Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome customers warmly and create a friendly and professional showroom experience.
• Understand customer requirements, preferences, budget, and expectations.
• Interact confidently with walk-in customers and potential buyers.
• Showcase and demonstrate furniture products effectively.
• Explain product features, designs, materials, quality, benefits, pricing, and available options.
• Recommend suitable products based on each customer's specific requirements.
• Answer customer questions and provide accurate product information.
• Handle customer objections and concerns professionally.
• Build trust and strong relationships with customers.
• Convince and guide customers toward making the right purchase decision.
• Convert customer enquiries and showroom visits into successful sales.
• Follow up with customers who require additional time to make a purchase decision.
• Maintain regular communication with potential customers and leads.
• Achieve assigned individual and team sales targets.
• Coordinate with the showroom and operations teams for smooth order processing.
• Keep yourself updated about new products, collections, offers, promotions, and pricing.
• Ensure products are displayed attractively and the showroom maintains a professional appearance.
• Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the Gala Furniture World brand.

💰 Salary & Attractive IncentivesFixed Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Salary will depend on the candidate's experience, communication skills, sales ability, and overall suitability for the role.

• Previous experience in Sales, Retail Sales, Showroom Sales, Furniture Sales, Customer Relationship Management, Interior/Home Décor Sales, or a similar role will be an advantage.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in sales are also welcome to apply.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with email/MS Office is preferred.

🗣️ Language SkillsGood communication skills in English, Kannada, and/or Hindi will be an advantage.
