  • Home Loan Sales
  • Identify and acquire new home loan customers through referrals, builders, real estate agents, and direct field visits.
  • Generate leads and achieve monthly home loan disbursement targets.
  • Guide customers through loan eligibility, documentation, and application processes.
  • Coordinate with credit, operations, and underwriting teams for loan processing.
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers and referral partners.
