Job Description
What You'll Do
Greet and assist walk-in customers with a friendly, helpful attitude
Understand customer preferences and suggest the right products
Handle billing, exchanges, and basic customer queries
Maintain neat and attractive store displays and visual merchandising
Keep track of stock on the shop floor and coordinate with the team
Build a great in-store experience that keeps customers coming back
What We're Looking For
1-3 years of experience in retail sales (fashion or jewellery preferred)
Good communication skills in English (Kannada and Hindi are a plus)
Presentable, energetic, and comfortable working on the shop floor
Eye for detail — you notice when a display needs fixing
Willingness to learn about products and trends
