Job Description
A Two-Wheeler Sales Executive is responsible for driving showroom revenue by engaging walk-in customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable motorcycle or scooter models. Key duties include conducting vehicle demonstrations and test rides, explaining technical specifications and financing options, and managing the end-to-end documentation for bookings and registrations. To succeed, an executive must consistently meet monthly sales targets through proactive lead follow-ups and maintain high customer satisfaction levels to encourage referrals. This role typically requires a minimum of a high school education, a valid driving license, and strong communication skills to effectively negotiate deals and close sales in a competitive automotive market.
