Job Description

Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive

Company: CJ Bagbox Packaging

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Incentive: Up to ₹5,000 per month (based on performance)


Job Responsibilities

  • Generate new business leads and acquire customers for packaging products.
  • Visit clients, industries, wholesalers, and retailers to promote company products.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales.
  • Follow up with existing customers for repeat business.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Coordinate with the production and dispatch teams to ensure timely order delivery.
  • Maintain daily sales reports and customer records.
  • Represent the company professionally during client meetings and exhibitions.
