Job Description

Job Role :

We are hiring Business Development Managers for the Agency Channel. The selected candidates will be responsible for recruiting insurance advisors, building a sales team, training advisors, and driving life insurance business.

  • Key Responsibilities:-
  • Recruit and develop Insurance Advisors.
  • Build and manage an Agency team.
  • Generate Life Insurance business through advisors.
  • Motivate and guide advisors to achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and advisors.
  • Ensure business growth and achieve monthly targets.

Eligibility:-

Graduation is mandatory.

  • Age: 23–38 years.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, BFSI, Insurance, Banking, FMCG, Telecom, Pharma, CASA, Broking, or Field Sales.
  • Good communication and relationship-building skills.
