Job SummaryWe are looking for an ambitious and target-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in Bangalore.
The candidate will be responsible for driving property sales, managing a team, and building strong client and channel partner relationships to expand our market presence.
- Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Generate and handle leads through digital platforms, references, and field activities
- Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, investors, and channel partners
- Drive end-to-end sales processes from lead generation to deal closure
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with real estate regulations
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and legal) for smooth transactions
- Monitor Bangalore real estate market trends and competitor activities
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and performance reviews
- Train and motivate team members to improve productivity and conversion rates
- Key RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 3–7 years of experience in real estate sales (Bangalore market preferred)
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Bangalore real estate market, pricing trends, and customer behavior
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and customer-focused approach
