Job SummaryWe are looking for an ambitious and target-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in Bangalore.

The candidate will be responsible for driving property sales, managing a team, and building strong client and channel partner relationships to expand our market presence.

• Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Generate and handle leads through digital platforms, references, and field activities
• Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, investors, and channel partners
• Drive end-to-end sales processes from lead generation to deal closure
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with real estate regulations
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and legal) for smooth transactions
• Monitor Bangalore real estate market trends and competitor activities
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and performance reviews
• Train and motivate team members to improve productivity and conversion rates
• Key RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 3–7 years of experience in real estate sales (Bangalore market preferred)
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Bangalore real estate market, pricing trends, and customer behavior
