Job Description: Sales Manager – DST ChannelPosition OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager (DST Channel) to lead, train, and manage sales teams across assigned branches and clusters. The ideal candidate will drive business growth, expand our customer base, and ensure smooth on-field execution. 

• Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Acquisition: Drive and manage new KYC business generation across assigned clusters. 
• 
  
• Team Recruitment & Training: Select and onboard Sales Executives for each branch. Conduct field training and provide ongoing guidance to enhance sales techniques, communication, and overall team productivity. 
• 
  
• Target Achievement: Allocate, monitor, and ensure timely achievement of monthly sales targets assigned by management. 
• 
  
• Cluster Management & Travel: Travel extensively across the cluster to conduct team meetings, field reviews, and training sessions. 
• 
  
• Market Analysis: Identify Key Result Areas (KRAs) through market analysis; plan and execute promotional activities, target locations, and schedules. 
• 
  
• Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to track lead quality, conversion rates, and overall business growth. 
• 
  
• Key Requirements & SkillsExperience: Prior sales experience (preferably in Direct Sales / DST channel).

• Strong people management & leadership skills

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities

• Local language proficiency and strong regional/territory familiarity
