Job Opportunity: Field Sales & Marketing Executive
We are looking for energetic and self-motivated individuals to join our team. If you enjoy meeting new people and have a passion for sales, this is the role for you!
Key Responsibilities
Conducting direct fieldwork and B2B marketing.
Meeting daily targets and expanding our customer base.
Communicating product value effectively to diverse leads.
'Candidate Requirements'
Age: 18 years and above.
Experience: No prior experience in fieldwork or outdoor sales is required.
Education: Must possess basic mathematical skills.
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport quickly.
Languages: Must be fluent in Kannada, English, and Hindi.
Transport: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
Availability: Ready to work 8 hours daily (minimum 6 hours on the field).
Incentives: Performance-based rewards upon achieving targets.
Note: No additional travel or fuel allowances are provided; the salary is inclusive of these costs.
