We're looking for an energetic Field Sales & Marketing Executive to expand our customer base and strengthen our presence in the packaging industry. If you enjoy meeting clients, building relationships, and closing deals, we'd love to hear from you!

📍 Location: Bangalore - Bangalore (anekal)

🎯 Role Overview: Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, meeting customers, promoting our packaging solutions, and achieving sales targets through effective field marketing.

🧩 Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads and convert them into customers

• Visit industrial areas and potential clients regularly

• Promote products such as BOPP Tapes, Corrugated Boxes, Stretch Films, and other packaging solutions

• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships

• Conduct product presentations and negotiate orders

• Coordinate with the internal team for smooth order execution and timely deliveries

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements

• Achieve monthly sales and business development targets

💡 Who Should Apply:

• 1–4 years of experience in Field Sales / Marketing (B2B preferred)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English, Kannada, Hindi, or other local languages)

• Willingness to travel extensively within Bangalore and nearby industrial areas

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and confident in meeting new customers

• Experience in the packaging, industrial, or manufacturing sector will be an added advantage
