Sales & Marketing Executive

We are looking for a dynamic *Sales cum Marketing Executive* to join our team and drive business growth through client acquisition and relationship management.

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. *Client Handling & Communication*

- Handle telephonic conversations with clients professionally

- Manage customer communication via calls, WhatsApp, and email

- Maintain regular client follow-ups to build strong relationships

2. *Field Work & Sales*

- Conduct onsite visits to meet existing and potential clients

- Do field visits for product/service promotion and lead generation

- Understand client requirements and pitch our solutions effectively

3. *Documentation & System Work*

- Prepare and send quotations to clients

- Handle mail communication and daily correspondence

- Maintain client records and sales data

- Basic *Excel knowledge* for data entry, reports, and tracking

- *Accounting basics* for invoices, payments, and billing coordination

4. *Other*

- Achieve monthly sales and collection targets

- Coordinate with internal team for order processing and delivery

- Provide feedback on market trends and competitor activity

*Skills Required*

- Good communication skills in [English/Hindi/Kannada/Telugu/Tamil]

- Confident in telephonic conversations and client meetings

- Basic computer knowledge: *MS Excel, Email, MS Word*

- Ability to make quotations and do basic accounting entries

- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to do field visits

- Own 2-wheeler + valid DL preferred
