- Role SummaryPosition: Business Development Executive / Inside Sales Specialist
- Company: Innovyx Tech Labs LLP
- Location: Bangalore, Karnataka (Hybrid)
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or account management (EdTech experience is a strong plus).
- Education: Minimum Undergraduate (Bachelor's Degree); Master's Degree preferred (MBA, PGDM, or equivalent).
- Key Responsibilities1. End-to-End Sales & Business DevelopmentIdentify, generate, and qualify high-potential leads and prospects through structured outreach campaigns.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations of our learning app to prospective students, parents, or institutional stakeholders.
- Handhold prospects through the entire sales funnel—from initial contact and preparing tailored proposals/quotations to negotiation and successful deal closure.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- 2. Relationship Management & Customer RetentionBuild and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and trust.
- Act as a consultative advisor, understanding the unique educational needs of users and mapping them to our app's features.
- Coordinate with internal product and academic teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address customer feedback.
- 3. Data Management & Sales OperationsMaintain meticulous sales reports, client databases, and pipeline tracking using CRM tools or advanced Excel.
- Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and customer behavior to provide actionable insights to the management team.
- Assist in basic administrative sales documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Key Requirements & QualificationsExperience: Minimum 2 years of corporate experience, specifically in a target-driven sales or business development environment.
- Education: Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's degree (preferred) in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field will be highly valued.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in regional languages is a distinct advantage.
- Tech-Savviness: Comfortable navigating CRM software, MS Office (especially Excel), and remote collaboration tools.
- Skillset: Strong negotiation skills, high emotional intelligence, adaptability to a fast-paced hybrid work environment, and a data-driven approach to sales.
