• A live creator app with collaboration opportunities and growth tools

We’re building one of India’s fastest-growing travel creator ecosystems and are looking for ambitious people to grow with us.

About the RoleThis isn’t a conventional sales role.

As one of the early members of the GoExplorer team, you’ll work directly with the founders to help scale the creator and hotel ecosystem. You’ll speak with creators, hotels, and partners every day, helping them discover how GoExplorer can grow their business.

You’ll gain hands-on exposure across sales, partnerships, marketing, operations, and startup strategy while taking ownership of meaningful projects from day one.

What You’ll Do:

• Speak with travel creators and hotel partners to understand their requirements.
• Convert warm inbound leads into active platform users.
• Build relationships with creators, hotels, and travel businesses.
• Assist creators throughout their collaboration journey.
• Support onboarding of new hotels and creator partnerships.
• Coordinate with marketing and product teams to improve user experience.
• Identify growth opportunities and share feedback with the founders.
• Represent GoExplorer professionally across calls, meetings, and events.

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Confident speaking over calls and video meetings.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Self-driven, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Passion for travel, creators, startups, or digital marketing is a plus.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
