Role Overview
We are hiring an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Saleswoman to join our on-site team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will be the face of our brand — engaging directly with customers, understanding their energy needs, and delivering tailored solutions that keep them coming back. If you are a people person with a knack for sales and a drive to meet targets, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with walk-in and field customers to present and promote LPG cylinder products and services
Understand individual customer needs and provide suitable product recommendations
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with both new and existing customers
Actively work towards achieving monthly and weekly sales targets
Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure a positive service experience
Collect customer feedback and d share insights with the team to improve service delivery
Collaborate with team members to develop and implement local marketing strategies
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and daily reports
Stay informed about product updates, pricing changes, and promotional offers
Ensure compliance with company safety standards and service protocols at all times
What We're Looking For
Required:
Minimum 1 year of work experience in retail sales or a customer-facing role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Kannada and/or Hindi/English
Basic understanding of sales techniques, negotiation, and customer relationship management
Good time management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Familiarity with the local Bengaluru area and its diverse customer demographics
Minimum educational qualification: 10th standard (SSLC) or equivalent
Ability to start immediately
Preferred:
Prior experience in FMCG, energy, or utility product sales
Comfort with basic digital tools for reporting and communication
