Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Marketing Engineer to join Venjay Automation Private Limited. This role focuses on technical marketing and business development for our Industrial Automation Systems and specialized Handling Systems used in block and paver manufacturing plants. The ideal candidate will combine engineering knowledge with strong marketing and communication skills to identify, develop, and convert high-quality leads. Responsibilities include market research, client outreach, preparing technical proposals, coordinating with the engineering team, and building long-term customer relationships across manufacturing industries. The role demands a proactive approach, understanding of industrial processes, and the ability to translate technical solutions into clear value propositions for clients.
