Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Sales & Marketing Manager for our real estate business. The role primarily involves handling company-provided leads, following up with prospective clients, arranging site visits, and coordinating with the internal team to support deal closures.
The company will provide qualified leads and complete support in closing sales. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and relationship management skills with a passion for sales.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle and follow up on company-provided leads.
- Contact potential customers and explain project details.
- Schedule and coordinate property site visits.
- Maintain regular follow-up with interested clients.
- Update customer interactions and lead status in CRM or reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and sales closure support.
- Build and maintain good customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and conversion goals.
- Assist in basic marketing and promotional activities when required.
