Business Development Manager (BDM)

Job Summary:

Prerana Agency is seeking a dedicated Business Development Manager responsible for identifying and sourcing vacant commercial properties as per client requirements for bank and loan corporation branch openings.

Preferred:

Flexible to travel all over Andra Pradesh and well known language- Telugu (Speak/Read/Write)

* Two-wheeler preferred

* Flexible to travel as per business requirements

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct field surveys to identify vacant commercial properties in assigned locations

* Source properties as per client specifications (area, frontage, visibility, accessibility, etc.)

* Meet property owners and collect property details (rent, area, documents, photos)

* Coordinate with internal team and bank infrastructure team for site visits

* Share accurate property reports with required photographs and measurements

* Negotiate basic rental terms with property owners

* Maintain daily field visit reports and updates

Required Skills:

* Good communication and negotiation skills

* Ability to conduct field surveys independently

* Basic knowledge of commercial property requirements

* MS Office and basic reporting skills

* Ability to build local market contacts

* Willingness to travel frequently

Qualification:

* Minimum Graduate (any discipline)

* Prior experience in real estate field work preferred (but not mandatory)
