Position Overview: 

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Manager to join our growing sales 

team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving property sales, 

and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients 

throughout their real estate journey, ensuring their needs are understood and fulfilled effectively. 


Key Responsibilities: 

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.  

• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property solutions.  

• Drive end-to-end sales processes, from lead generation to deal closure.  

• Conduct property site visits and presentations for clients.  

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.  

• Stay updated on market trends, property developments, and competitor activities.  

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.  

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in CRM systems.  

• Provide regular feedback and insights to improve sales strategies.  


Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).  

• 1–5 years of experience in real estate sales or a similar client-facing role.  

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.  

• Customer-first mindset with excellent relationship-building abilities.  

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.  

• Knowledge of the Bangalore real estate market is an advantage.  

• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.  

• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and driven to succeed.
