Job Summary:

Jindal Steels, a leading steel distributor, is looking for a dynamic and performance-driven Marketing Officer with strong marketing efficiency and field experience. The candidate will be responsible for executing effective marketing strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and generating orders through active site visits and contractor engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct regular field visits to identify ongoing and upcoming construction projects.

* Collect contractor, builder, and project details to generate business leads.

* Build strong relationships with contractors, engineers, and key decision-makers.

* Generate and convert leads into confirmed orders for steel products.

* Ensure effective and efficient execution of marketing activities to maximize results.

* Plan and implement marketing strategies to improve brand visibility and sales performance.

* Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.

* Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and delivery.

* Maintain consistent follow-ups and client engagement for repeat business.

* Prepare daily/weekly reports on field visits, leads, and conversions.

Requirements:

* 2–5 years of experience in the steel industry

* Experience in distributor/dealer network preferred.

* Strong fieldwork experience with high marketing efficiency.

* Ability to optimize efforts for maximum lead generation and conversion.

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

* Willingness to travel extensively.
