Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Oversee daily school administrative operations smoothly and professionally.

Manage student records, admissions data, transport schedules, and fee tracking using Google Sheets, Google Drive, and other software tools.

Coordinate front-office interactions and act as the first point of contact for parents and visitors.

Handle parent enquiries (in person, by phone, WhatsApp, and email) with excellent communication and courtesy.

Support and track transport management, including routes, driver/maid coordination, and student lists.

Assist with fee collection tracking, issuing receipts, and updating accounts.

Prepare and maintain reports for management, including attendance, fees, transport, staff records, etc.

Coordinate event planning and communication with parents for school activities.

Work closely with Principal and management to implement school policies and standards.

Support technology adoption in school (Google Forms, Docs, Sheets, MIS, basic ERP if needed).


Key Skills Required:


Strong computer skills – especially Google Sheets, Google Drive, email.

Ability to learn and use basic school management software.

Excellent communication skills in English and local language (Kannada preferred).

Confident and polite while talking to parents and staff.

Organised, detail-oriented, with ability to maintain accurate records.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work.

Good teamwork and coordination skills.
