Position: Security Guard

Location: Whitefield, Bengaluru, Karnataka
Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹14,000 per month
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: 12-Hour Shift
Experience: 1–3 Years Preferred
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
About the Role
Belvaa Senior Care Pvt. Ltd. is looking for disciplined and responsible Security Guards to ensure the safety and security of residents, staff, visitors, and company assets within the facility.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and control entry and exit of residents, visitors, staff, and vendors.
Maintain visitor registers and ensure proper gate pass procedures are followed.
Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure safety and security.
Monitor CCTV cameras and report any suspicious activity immediately.
Ensure the safety of residents, employees, and company property at all times.
Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents, and security breaches.
Coordinate with the Admin and Management team regarding security-related issues.
Maintain daily security logs and incident reports.
Ensure discipline and adherence to security protocols within the premises.
Support emergency evacuation and safety procedures when required.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum qualification: 10th Pass or 12th Pass.
Prior experience as a Security Guard in hospitals, senior care facilities, residential communities, or commercial establishments is preferred.
Freshers with good communication skills and a disciplined attitude may also apply.
Physically fit and capable of working 12-hour shifts.
Police verification and background verification are mandatory.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹14,000 per month.
Two meals will be provided by the company during duty hours.
No accommodation will be provided.
Weekly off as per company policy.
