Job Description

  • Senior Architect – Roles & Responsibilities🎯 1. Project Design & PlanningLead concept design, master planning, and architectural development
  • Prepare layout plans, elevations, 3D concepts, and working drawings
  • Ensure designs align with client vision, budget, and site conditions
  • Special focus on villa projects, layouts, farmhouses, and large land developments

use tools like:

  • AutoCAD
  • SketchUp / Revit
  • Lumion / 3ds Max

Prepare client presentations, walkthroughs, and marketing visuals.


  • Meet clients to:
  • Understand requirements
  • Present concepts
  • Modify designs based on feedback

Handle premium clients & investor discussions
