Founder’s Office - Junior - 2 positions / 7 to 12 Lakhs

Role OverviewThis role works directly with the founder to drive high-priority initiatives across the company — from 0→1 problem solving to scaling what works.

You will operate across functions (product, category, growth, ops) and ensure that ideas don’t just stay ideas — they get executed.

Key Responsibilities1. Founder’s Leverage

• Work closely with the founder on key decisions and problem-solving
• Break down ambiguous problems into structured action plans
• Drive follow-ups and ensure execution actually happens

2. 0 → 1 Initiatives

• Take ownership of new initiatives (e.g., new category launch, growth experiments, partnerships)
• Build from scratch — research, plan, execute, iterate
• Be comfortable operating without playbooks

3. Cross-Functional Execution

• Work across teams (fashion, tech, ops, marketing)
• Align stakeholders and remove blockers
• Ensure timelines and outcomes are met

4. Business & Market Insights

• Conduct deep dives into competitors, consumer behavior, and market opportunities
• Convert insights into actionable strategies

5. Special Projects

• Work on high-impact, time-sensitive problems directly with the founder
• Could range from hiring key roles to fixing a broken funnel to launching a new vertical
• What We’re Looking For2–5 years experience in startups / consulting / high-intensity roles
• Strong problem-solving and structured thinking ability
• High ownership — doesn’t wait for instructions
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and move fast
• Clear communicator (written + verbal)
