Senior Electrical Engineer

We are looking to hire a Senior MEP Engineer responsible for managing and supervising all Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing activities. The Senior MEP Engineer will lead end-to-end planning, , execution, and commissioning of MEP systems for High rise residentially projects, ensuring design compliance, budget control, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate MEP designs (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, ELV, BMS) with architects and consultants; ensure compliance with High rise apartment.

• Manage BOQs. 

• Prepare and monitor MEP budgets, control costs, review bills/variations, and forecast project cash flow.

• Oversee site execution, ensuring quality, safety, and coordination with civil team 

• Lead testing, commissioning, and handover, including documentation and statutory approvals.

• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, consultants, present progress updates.

Qualifications & Experience

• B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical/Electrical)

• 5–10+ years in MEP for Hight rise residential Mivan experience

Key Skills

• Leadership and coordination skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, 

• Familiarity with MEP checklists for High rise apartment, equipment handover (transformers, panels, STP), and value engineering for cost optimization.
