Senior HR Executive

Accurate preparation of Monthly Attendance and Payroll input of Overtime allowance, Incentive, Bonus, Adjustments, LOP and deductions of more than 900+ employees.  Prepare Payroll summary of employees Additions, Deletions, LOP, Revision, Deductions, One  Time Payments, Salary advances & Bank A/c No’s changes.  Uploading HR inputs in payroll software (personal details/salary data/ exits/LOP/revisions/one-time payment/deduction/Bank details etc)  Generate the Client wise Payroll Statement & Bank file (Mode of Payment) and ensure PF/ESIC/PT payments are compiled as per the statutory requirement.  Responsible for the calculation of Bonus, Gratuity, Leave encashment, Severance Pay, Notice Pay and preparing Full and Final Settlement Letters.  Timely Salary disbursement and Payslip disbursement. 

Statutory and Salary Administration  Generate Payroll statements for PF, ESIC, PT & Bonus payments  Create/Link UAN number for the new hire and update EPF number in the data base. Taking care of Exit date updation, KYC and PF Transfer approvals.  Completion of PF, ESIC, PT, LWF payments; Prepare PF ECR’s and uploading ECR’n in EPFO portal and provide necessary inputs to Accounts team for the Payment processing.
