Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle outbound calls to travel agents for hotel enquiries and lead generation.
• Convert leads into confirmed hotel bookings.
• Manage customer relationships and provide post-booking support.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
• Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
• Experience: Minimum 6 months in tele sales, travel sales, or hotel reservations.
• Languages: Proficiency in English, Hindi, and one regional language (Kannada/Tamil/Telugu).
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Goal-oriented with ability to work under targets.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
