Job Description
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business relationship with retailers
• Own and deliver targeted sales numbers every week / month
• Monitor all customer queries and ensure timely response to all issues.
• Maintain and update knowledge on all company products and services.
• Demonstrating product features to customers.
• Accountable for payment settlement from the retailers.
• Must be willing to travel as needed for business purpose.
• Must be able to do atleast 8-10 customer calls per day as a part ofregularjob duties
• Contacting leads and setting up appointments to present company products.
• Must be proficient in the use of sales app of the company.
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
