Role Overview Responsible for the full sales lifecycle—from outreach to final negotiations. You will identify high-potential prospects and ensure sales targets are met through proactive engagement and strategic closing.


Key Responsibilities

·       Cold Calling & Lead Generation: Conduct daily targeted cold calling campaigns to identify new business opportunities and generate high-quality, positive prospects.

·       Prospecting: Proactively build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects by assessing client needs and presenting tailored solutions.

·       Scheduling: Coordinate, schedule, and convincingly pitch physical site visits, effectively guiding prospects from initial phone contact to on-site viewings.

·       Closing: Coordinate, schedule, and convincingly pitch physical site visits, effectively guiding prospects from initial phone contact to on-site viewings.



Fixed Salary & Structure

·       CTC: INR 4 to 6 Lakh Fixed (Experienced Only).

·       Work Week: 5-day work week


Incentives:

·      Uncapped Incentives: Based on sales performance (~INR 35K+ per month on achieving bare minimum targets & 1L+ for consistent performers).

·      Overachievement Bonus: Earn 40% incentives upon overachieving base targets.


Appraisal & Career Growth

·       Salary Hike & Promotion: Earn a 10% salary hike on target-based auto-appraisals and promotions every 3 months (Average of 1 deal/month).

·       Management Eligibility: Upon achieving 6+ deals, you will be eligible for managing teams.

 


Qualifications

·       Proven experience in sales or business development.

·       Exceptional verbal communication and persuasive phone etiquette.

·       Strong ability to build trust and handle objections professionally.

·       Self-motivated and focused on achieving KPIs.


Performance Metrics

·       Outbound call volume and conversion rates.

·       Successful site visit volume.

·       Monthly and quarterly deal closure rates.
