Job Description
We are seeking a skilled, proactive, and self-driven System Administrator to independently manage and resolve all IT-related issues at our client location. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth IT operations, maintain infrastructure, and provide timely technical support to end users / Junior Engineers.
- Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar IT support role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of IT operations
- Manage and maintain Server, desktops, laptops
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems and application software
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, connectivity, and security
- Manage backup solutions and ensure data integrity.
- Provide technical support and guidance to Junior Engineers / users
- Maintain documentation of IT assets, configurations, and processes
- Ensure system performance, reliability, and security compliance
