Senior Travel Consultant

As a Consultant, you will be responsible for meeting customers and generating travel enquiries, converting them into bookings by understanding customer requirements, designing customized holiday packages, and delivering exceptional customer service.

This role is ideal for someone with strong sales skills, excellent communication, and a passion for travel.

• Understand customer travel preferences and recommend suitable holiday packages.
• Prepare customized travel itineraries and detailed quotations.
• Sell Domestic and International Holiday Packages.
• Promote Educational Tours for Schools, Colleges, and Universities.
• Sell Corporate Travel, Incentive Tours, Conferences, and MICE packages.
• Follow up consistently on leads and convert them into confirmed bookings.
• Upsell travel insurance, visa assistance, sightseeing, cruises, transfers, and other travel services.
• Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, airline offers, visa requirements, and seasonal promotions.
