We're Hiring – Restaurant Service Team

We are looking for passionate and energetic individuals to join our growing team at The Kind Roastery & Brew Room.

Open Positions

• Captain
• Steward / Waiter
• Service Associate
• Restaurant Helper / Utility
• Busser (Table Clearance)

Job Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
• Guide guests to their tables and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
• Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately (Captain/Steward roles).
• Coordinate with the kitchen for timely order pickup and service.
• Set up, clear, and reset tables efficiently.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve basic service concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area and service stations.
• Support opening and closing operations of the restaurant.
• Assist the team in ensuring smooth day-to-day restaurant operations.
• Follow company SOPs and maintain professional grooming and behaviour.

Candidate Requirements

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Team player with professional behavior.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Experience in cafés, restaurants, or hotels is preferred.
• Freshers are welcome to apply for Helper and Steward positions.

Experience: Fresher to 3+ Years

Employment Type: Full-time
