Service Advisor

Senior Service Advisor, Industry: Automobile (Four-Wheeler)

Location: South Bangalore ( Banashankari)

Experience: 3–8 years in an authorised automobile dealership (preferred)

Qualification:

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering (preferred)
• Relevant certifications in automotive service are an added advantage.
• Key Responsibilities:Receive customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.
• Prepare accurate job cards and provide repair estimates.
• Coordinate with workshop technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs.
• Keep customers informed about repair progress and obtain approvals for additional work.
• Deliver vehicles after explaining the work completed and maintenance recommendations.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and achieve CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) targets.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve service-related issues.
• Monitor workshop productivity and ensure adherence to OEM service standards.
• Upsell value-added services, accessories, and maintenance packages.
• Maintain proper documentation, warranty claims, and service records.
• Support and guide junior service advisors and coordinate with the service team.
• Required Skills:Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
• Excellent knowledge of four-wheeler vehicle systems and diagnostics.
• Ability to handle multiple customers and workshop operations efficiently.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in Dealer Management Systems (DMS) and MS Office.
• Problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
• Preferred Experience:Experience with authorized dealerships such as Maruti Suzuki, Hyundai, Tata Motors, Mahindra, Toyota, Kia, Honda, Volkswagen, Skoda, MG, or similar brands.
