Qualification: Diploma in Electrical or ITI

Experience: Fresher or up to 1 year

(Tea & Coffee Vending Machine experience preferred)

Mandatory Requirements:

· Candidate must have a bike & driving license

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Troubleshooting tea & coffee vending machines

2. Attending customer service calls and resolving machine issues

3. Fault finding and rectification to ensure machines are ready for dispensing

4. Servicing, cleaning, and preventive maintenance of machines

5. Verifying daily cleaning reports from machine operators

6. Monthly machine servicing and preventive maintenance

7. Maintaining good customer relationships and providing prompt support

8. Coordination with customer admin, CREs, senior engineers, and internal teams

9. Ordering, receiving, and maintaining spare parts and stock

10. Preparing stock consumption, average, and work reports

Training operators on:

1. Machine cleaning & beverage preparation

2. Service etiquette, hygiene, communication, and safety

3. Assisting in demos and new machine installations

4. Documentation and reporting (daily / weekly / monthly)

Required Skills:
