Job Description
Position: Service Manager
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily service center operations.
- Lead and support the service team to achieve targets.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and timely vehicle delivery.
- Monitor service quality and workshop productivity.
- Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions.
- Coordinate with technicians and spare parts teams.
- Prepare service reports and maintain records.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma (Automobile or related field preferred).
- Experience in automobile service management.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of workshop operations and customer handling.
