Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive for our furniture showroom. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, driving sales, and ensuring an excellent in-store experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in the showroom with product selection
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable furniture products
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Provide detailed information about product features, pricing, and offers
- Maintain showroom display and ensure products are well-organized
- Handle billing coordination and support the backend team
- Follow up with potential customers to close sales
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities
- Customer-oriented approach
- Basic computer knowledge (billing, CRM, etc.)
