Job Description

The Impact You'll Make As a Sales Executive:

You will be the face of our brand in the market.

Your work will directly influence how our products reach homes, restaurants, and retailers.

By building strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and modern trade partners, you will help ensure that our premium-quality products are available, visible, and loved by customers.


What You'll Do:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors in your assigned territory.

Drive product placement and visibility in stores through effective merchandising and promotional activities.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for spices, dry fruits, and related product lines.

Identify new business opportunities, including untapped markets and potential retail partners.

Monitor competitor activities and market trends to provide actionable insights to the sales team.

Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure timely delivery and stock availability.

Conduct product sampling and promotional events to boost brand awareness.


What You'll Bring:

0–3 years of sales experience in FMCG, preferably in food categories like spices, dry fruits, or packaged foods.

Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

A results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently.

Good knowledge of local markets and retail networks.

Basic proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and tracking sales.

A passion for food products and an understanding of consumer preferences.
