Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Welcome walk-in buyers, listen to their needs, and suggest matching items.
  • Product Knowledge: Explain item details, prices, and active store offers clearly.
  • Store Upkeep: Keep display areas clean, orderly, and well-stocked.
  • Sales Targets: Meet daily and monthly store sales goals.

Required Skills

  • Communication: Good speaking skills in local languages (such as Kannada, English, or Hindi).
  • Basic Computer Use: Ability to handle simple billing systems and customer tracking lists, preparation of quotation . must exceled knowledge
  • Friendly Attitude: Patience and a helpful manner to make buyers feel welcome.

Every Friday will be a weekly off, and Sunday will be a working day.
