Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and attend walk-in customers professionally
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles
  • Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, financing, and warranty details
  • Arrange and assist with test drives
  • Convert inquiries into sales through effective follow-up
  • Coordinate with finance and insurance teams for loan and documentation support
  • Maintain customer database and update CRM records
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Ensure showroom display vehicles are clean and properly presented
  • Build strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals
  • Stay updated on competitor products and market trends
