• Educational QualificationDiploma in Civil Engineering or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Freshers with relevant skills may apply; prior site experience is preferred.
• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and monitor overall site execution activities.
• Interpret and work according to construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Coordinate daily site operations to ensure timely project progress.
• Manage and supervise labor teams, subcontractors, and site personnel.
• Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are followed at the construction site.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, vendors, and clients as required.
• Track material usage and assist in site resource planning.
• Maintain accurate site records, progress reports, measurements, and documentation.
• Monitor work schedules and ensure activities are completed within project timelines.
• Identify site issues and support timely resolution to avoid project delays.
• Required SkillsAbility to read and understand engineering drawings, plans, and layouts.
• Knowledge of construction methodologies and site execution practices.
• Basic proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and other basic computer applications.
• Strong labor management and team coordination skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
