Job Description

Site Supervision: Manage day-to-day on-site activities and ensure work aligns with 2D/3D layouts, architectural blueprints, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) drawings.

Quality Control: Inspect materials upon delivery and monitor the quality of finishes (false ceilings, flooring, painting, carpentry, and modular furniture).

Vendor & Labor Management: Coordinate with sub-contractors, carpenters, electricians, and suppliers to maintain site productivity and prevent project delays.

Billing & Estimation: Take accurate site measurements, verify the Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and assist with client billing and material reconciliation.

Safety Compliance: Ensure the job site remains hazard-free and adheres strictly to safety protocols and housekeeping standards.

Reporting: Prepare Daily/Weekly Progress Reports (DPR/WPR) and maintain snag (punch) lists for final client handovers.
