Job Description
The Site Supervisor is responsible for managing day-to-day activities at the project site and ensuring work is completed as per drawings, quality standards, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise carpenters, electricians, painters, and other site workers.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor quality of work and report any issues immediately.
- Coordinate with designers, vendors, and clients during site visits.
- Track site progress and share regular updates with the project team.
- Ensure materials are received, stored, and used properly.
- Maintain site cleanliness and follow safety practices.
- Identify delays or challenges and proactively resolve them.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of interior execution and site coordination.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple teams and meet project deadlines.
