Social Media Manager

Role OverviewWe’re looking for someone who lives and breathes social media. Whether you’re a fresher or have up to 1 year of experience, if you understand trends, reels, and audience behaviour — this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and post content on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
• Plan content calendars with guidance from the team
• Write captions and coordinate with designers for creatives
• Stay updated with trending reels, audio, and formats
• Engage with audience through comments and DMs
• Support in tracking performance and basic insights
• Work closely with the design and marketing team
• Accompany the team for shoots when required

What We’re Looking For

• Fresher or up to 1 year experience in social media / digital marketing
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
• Interest in content creation, reels, and brand growth
• Good communication and basic writing skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
• Basic understanding of hashtags, captions, and engagement

Bonus Points If You

• Have managed a page (personal or professional)
• Know basic Canva / editing tools
• Understand reels hooks and viral content formats
• Have interest in digital marketing and branding
